Your pass WILL NOT be shipped to you. We will take your orders and send you a confirmation e-mail that you can print and bring with you. This is your receipt. We will have your wristbands & shirts & crap ready for you at the registration HQ you are attending to be picked up. YOUR WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE AT THE VENUES, ONLY AT THE REGISTRATION HQ. You will also need to bring a photo ID or Passport with you to pick up your wristband(s)! If you do not have your confirmation e-mail, don’t worry! All you will need is your photo ID or Passport to pick up your passes.You do not need to email us right before FEST to ask for your confirmation email again. So don’t. Easy as that.

We suggest parking in the parking garage on the corner of Whiting and Florida Streets. On the third floor of the parking garage there will be a breezeway to the Tampa Chamber of Commerce building. Once you enter that building make a left and you will see the Hilton sign and another breezeway to walk through, at the end of that breezeway make a left and you'll find yourself at PRE-FEST registration!

If you enter from the front entrace of the Hilton take the escaltor to the second floor, make a right and look for Esplanade meeting room.

Friday, November 1st – 12noon – 2pm (Full Registration ONLY – NO Flea Market Tabling – NO Pool Party)
Saturday, November 2nd – 12noon – 2pm (GENERAL Registration ONLY – NO Band Registration)
General attendees will start the line for registration on the outside stairs to the ballroom near Beef O Bradys. There will be signs!
Bands/Photo/Video/VIP Sponsor/Guest List/Volunteers will enter through the lobby, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the signs to the hallway next to the ballroom.
Registration will be held during these times only!!!
Everyone that is attending BOTH EVENTS (bands included) must first come to registration to check in and pick up their passes & purchased merchandise as well as info sheets and guidebooks.
IF YOU ARE A BAND PLAYING BOTH CITIES ORPURCHASED THE FEST 12 PASS + PRE-FEST PASS COMBO PACKAGE: 6 DAY PASS (OCT 29TH-NOV 3RD), THEN YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR PASSES/MERCH/ AND BAND PACKETS FOR ALL 6 DAYS AT THE YBOR/TAMPA REGISTRATION
If you miss registration check in you WILL NOT be able to pick up your passes or merchandise at the venues!!!
If you do not pick up your merchandise at either Registration your merch will be shipped to you three weeks later, and you will be responsible for contacting us and paying for shipping so don’t forget your goodies.
If we do not sell out, we will make weekend passes available at regional Florida outlets starting August 1st. Please check back to this page to get more details closer to August 1st.
