Whippersnapper is a 5 piece melodic punk band out of Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 1995, their iconic sound is heavily influenced by the SoCal scene of the early to mid-90s. Whippersnapper was signed to Fueled By Ramen in 1997 and toured the United States, Europe and Canada in support of their first studio album, America’s Favorite Pastime (1998). The band released The Long Walk (1999) before signing with Lobster Records and releasing their third album, Appearances Wear Thin (2002), officially disbanding in 2003.
