Calvinball
Calvinball are four guys from Sheffield who struggle to do most useful things, but find playing in a melodic punk band and getting drunk easy enough. Punktastic.co.uk likens their "rough, passionate vocals, trading dual harmonies" to Latterman and the Lawrence Arms, while Big Cheese Magazine says their "infectious melodies come thick and fast". With a rough DIY mini-album to their name already, they've just finished up recording a new EP which will be released on joint venture from Nothing to Prove records and This Ones For The Crew records this August. If you like punk that doesn't take itself too seriously, check 'em out.
