*You only need to come to ONE of the sign up meetings. At the meetings, we will go over job descriptions and then allow you to sign up for a shift to work FEST 10 weekend. For every shift you work, you will receive a free FEST 10 pass for the entire weekend and a limited edition FEST 10 shirt that is only for volunteers. If you work as a stage manager for a show, you will receive two FEST 10 passes for your shift.

There is also a MANDATORY work meeting for ALL VOLUNTEERS that have signed up. This meeting will be held on Wednesday Oct 26th at 7:00pm at the Holiday Inn. At this meeting, we will break into groups so you can meet who you will be working with at FEST 10, go over details and job duties once again, and get the room set up and decorated for registration.

We are asking that everyone who shows up to volunteer sign up meetings bring a valid photo ID and current phone/cell phone bill with current address on it. Why are we making this a rule this year? Well, last year we had several people who did not show up for their shifts and we had no phone number for them. When people flake on their shifts lots of things go wrong. Also, if you are under the age of 18 you must come with a parent or legal guardian to the sign up meeting. This way we know your folks are OK with you volunteering. We are also going to make everyone who volunteers this year sign a waiver exempting The Fest from all physical liability while you are working on THE FEST 10.
