October 25th! Update!

Hello Fest Friends,

The final countdown has begun! Our offices are overflowing with papers, packets, merch, storage bins, backline, empty pizza boxes, and a few empty cold ones. I feel like we will totally be ready to rock, but it is going to take us all burning it at both ends until then. Lots of things to update so read everything below, and make it here safe!

WALK UP SALES AT VENUES:

You still have a chance to see the shows you want to see. All you have to do is pay the individual door price at the show you want to see. These are cash only and walk up sales. SO NO ADVANCE TICKETS! You can go to the schedule page to see how many walk up sales will be allowed at said venue as well as price and door times. WALK UP SALES WILL START AT DOOR TIMES. NOT EARLIER! You can show up earlier and get in line. Good luck!

POOL PARTY:

MERCHLINE and PBR are throwing you a wild ass pool party from noon -7pm on the rooftop pool deck of the Holiday Inn. You MUST have a FEST WEKKEND WRISTBAND on to attend. Local Gainesville celebrity DJs will be rocking the event and there will be a shit ton of killer free stuff from both companies. I just unloaded a ton of boxes from PBR. Too many killer things to mention, but there are several boxes of PBR snorkeling kits! Just saying!

MYSTERY BANDS:

Each Mystery band will be announced at midnight the night before (or the start of said day). Follow us on Twitter and Facebook to get the first crack at who is playing. I am really, really excited for all the Mystery Bands (especially the one that is playing at Double Down on Friday Night. They and might make you SLEEPY x 3 though.)

We are very proud of the guidebook this year. We did a different format, new designer, and some really sloppy writings from yours truly. We will have physical ones coming in town soon. We are no longer selling FEST 10 MERCH online but we will have it setup right beside REGISTRATION, so come snag some stuff while supplies last! Limited runs on everything so get there early. FRIDAY noon-7pm ONLY!!!

Well, I think that is about it. I am sure I forgot something in here, but my brain is running on empty and my buddy Ian from Big Cheese just walked in the door. Time for a much needed cold one break on the porch and soak up some of this wonderful Florida Sun!
