I've been working on getting into this the last few weeks. The whole thing seems rigged. And professional cameras are not allowed so that another thing I'm tried to get OKed as well.

I'll go ahead and tell you guys everything I know since it is all so vague on the Scion site.

As of last night you can go to their site and register for a ticket.

You will have to provide your email address and your zip code. If you live within a 60 mile radius of a participating pick-up location (see list below), you will be told which store to go to for your tickets. An email confirmation will be sent you and you can then claim your pair of tickets. Please note: you MUST register on the Scion Rock Fest website and bring your confirmation email to the store. Do not call the store or just show up there. If you live outside of the aforementioned radius, your name will be added to a will-call list to get tickets on the day of the show. You will be emailed a confirmation for that arrangement. Here are the participating stores:

As far as I understand there will be either 3 or 4 stages with bands playing all at one. So yeah, noon to midnight. All these bands playing in one day.

Really wish it was all outdoors or over several days instead, and you could purchase tickets. Seems pretty chaotic as it stands.

yea if these were the circumstances, i would be there. but to drive 6 hours each way, for one long day of metal or standing in line.... not really up to it.

even if this is made up of most of my favorite bands that are currently around.

i'm praying some of the bands decide to a random Gville date (or even something in North Fl) around this

christ, one year at hellfest, we waited in line for hours, and we HAD tickets lol. it was my birthday too. hellfest doesn't care about birthday boiz.

oh that's funny you say that because that must have been the same year i moved to florida. i had just quit my job, bought 2 tickets to hellfest, 2 plane tickets, and a hotel reservation for however many nights.

yeah that sucked. we didn't even fly out. not sure why. i guess we thought we could get refunds on everything. lol that didn't happen. FUCK
