All the info on tickets/registration is up there. You need to buy your tickets in advance. rxbandit wrote: Okay so my friends are convinced tickets never sell out. Theres about 20 of us or so driving from Michigan. So if we get there the Thursday before and buy tickets we won't get in?
We have to pre-order them with a credit card and then pick them up where?
Sorry for being a n00b, but I don't want to drive 20 hours to find out I can't get in. Okay so I bought my tickets. I didn't get hotel reservations, where the hell am I sleeping? Get lucky?
Do your research. Much talk and many threads about hotels in Gville here:

I had heard...which means very little mind you...that they were hoping to get the rough of what bands on what days done today.
The schedule doesn't usually get finalized until two weeks before Fest. It's not that they slack on it, it's coordinating 200+ bands in a handful of venues and trying to find space for everybody...let alone the whole "we're only flying in with our guitars, so we need to use those guys' backline" fun.
Keep your pants on.

We're working on all that stuff now. I'm about to do a news update before leaving for the weekend. Hopefully, the full schedule will be out a little sooner this year. Just keep in mind that it will always inevitably change slightly until the day of the Fest.

Whoa!
Hang on then if the schedule was out 2 weeks before last year, and it's gonna be out 'a little sooner' this year, that means it should be like any day now. Given that Fest is 3 and a bit weeks away.
Joy!

dont bank on it, there's like 70 more bands this year, and less venues to put 'em all in.
