Maybe this should just be an ongoing thread so I don't start a new one every time I or someone else wants to give the heads up about a Gville show.
But yeah. Shows of interest this week:
Sep 18 2008
Howl, Liquid Limbs, Hot Graves, Flying Snakes
@ Common Grounds
Sep 19 2008
Anchor Arms, Assassinate the Scientist , Dirty Money, Safety, The Tape Delay, Gville Liberation Orchestra
@ The Kickstand
Sep 19 2008
Young Livers, Grabass Charlestons, Dirty Money, So Pastel
House Party @ Weed Beach
Sep 20 2008
Ninja Gun, Watson, The Tim Version
@ Atlantic

wow, I haven't seen the GLO in years. Need to dig up their demo. I think I've got Sugardish and No More sitting around somewhere too, but GLO is easily the best thing those cats have done.

I saw GLO at the Dome Party this past Nov.
I'm pretty sure I saw No More in the past couple months.
I was at Sugardish's last show at the old common grounds. *tear*
What about Ramona Quimby???
...trip down memory lane.

I will be here:
Sep 18 2008 @ Common Grounds
Sep 20 2008 @ the Atlantic
Another show that I found out about that has little publicity:
Sep 18 2008 The Takers, and ??? @ Durty Nelly’s
Which sucks because I'm going to the metal show that night for sure.

That's pretty much all you need to know, and that shows are early-ish (usually), around 9PM. Sometimes as early at 7PM. So just look for a bunch of kids standing on the front lawn waiting for something to happen, likely drinking beer.

And you will not be disappointed! See you there.
I can hardly stand it that I get to see them twice this year, now and at the Fest! I'll likely be trying my hand at shooting them again. One of the hardest bands to shoot with all the fog and lights flashing. But Boris was a good training.
