if everyone keeps asking if it's going to be alright to do stuff that's obviously not 'technically' allowed, it's gonna get ruined.
Just make your plan, DONT mention it here or try to get info confirmed ahead of time, then turn up on the day and that way you can at least go 'huh? no-one told us!' and see what happens. it'll be too late for them (hotel) to alter the 'terms and conditions' stuff with you all up in their grill anyway.
