seems like the following concoction will cure your FESTaids ills:
4 teaspoons robitissin 3 glasses makers mark 1 bar dark chocolate (seriously) 3 shots espresso 1 glass Guinness THE CURE! I feel great

My FestAIDS this year was surprisingly mild...of course I had a cold for most of the weekend which was a bummer but my recovery time was not bad at all, I was drinking at full power by Wednesday night!

I am currently suffering from a semi-sever case of festAIDS...Zicam and Sudafed haven't fixed me yet...I might have to try the magic cure. It certainly couldn't hurt at this point...

neil.... are you supposed to mix all of those together like in a blender or something? i think it would explode/taste hella nasty.
i don't think i got the Fest aids... but i also didnt drink or share "hangover water" with anyone.

turns out I didn't have mono and my doctor just said fuck it and gave me antibiotics, sorry to waste your time doc, jeez
