Before the board closes, because it's worth a shot right now:

My roommate wants to move out in the next few months (read: flexible move in date), not because we don't get along but for some other reasons that I'm supportive of.

I'm looking for a female roommate who isn't crazy and is drug-free. Booze is cool, though. I'm not vegetarian/vegan, but I don't care if you are, as long as you're not going to hate my meat eating. $350 per month + half of the utilities. We leech internet from the neighbors and cable is $30 a month (15 each). Deposits are negotiable with my current roommate.

It's three blocks from everything downtown - short bike ride to campus. Great porch, central AC, good bike storage area.

It's a smallish place, so you couldn't have a ton of furniture, but a decent amount fits in here. Pets are great, but a large dog would not be happy here.
