Do we have a beer thread? I don't think so.
Anyways, here drinking a Boddingtons Pub Ale. Great British beer. Very very fucking smooth.
Discuss your favorites. Let's get drunk.

I tried Boddingtons' once but didn't really like it so it just sat in my fridge till The Fest where it was quickly taken by people who appreciate beer more than myself I guess

I keep thinking that one of these days I should pull out the list I used to keep of all the beers I've had, and try to update it. But there were almost 200 beers on the list back when I stopped keeping it, and I've probably had almost 200 more since then. So I doubt I can remember them all.

You should seriously consider doing a beer blog!

I realized my favorite beers to drink are wheat. And then one day after having about 8, I started to break out in hives. I didn't get why. So a few weekends after, I had more wheat beer and broke out again. I now realize that I am allergic. Stupid Asian genes for being allergic to alcohol.
Beers of choice before hives: Blue Moons Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb

Why can't i ever find Belhaven Scottish Ale anymore. If you've never tried it, and you see it at the store, pick it up. If you drink it and don't think it's in the top ten of beers you've ever had, i'll refund you your money.

I think they have bottles of it in Gainesville. I wouldn't put it in my top ten, but it is really good. My next batch of homebrew is going to be a Scotch Ale (which is a type of Scottish beer style, but more specific than just "scottish ale'). Sometimes known as a "wee heavy" or a "90 shilling"

Hobgolin ws pretty popular when I lived in jacksonville, and I've seen it a few places in Gainesville too. It's good, but a tad bit on the sweet side for my taste. I really dig Fiddler's Elbow, from the same brewery, and their Bah Humbug is pretty good too.
