I think that one thing you can always count on is Gainesville's love for Tempeh. I'd like to see some seitan stuff though!

Damn, I love that stuff. And whenever I go to Chopstix I get the same server and every time he writes satan instead of seitan. Always makes me giggle.

Sorry guys... Seitan will not be on the menu, nor tempeh... There will be other vegan options though... I'm making my own vegan-aise to dress the potato salad and I thin we're gonna do a kim-chee style cole slaw instead of mayo based dressing. Hope to see ya'll there!

So nothing substantial in the veg department? As in no main course? Weak sauce man.

There are going to be Boca burgers w/ roasted red peppers and sauteed onions. I'm pretty sure that falls into the veg category. And sorry.. I don't know the recipe for weak sauce...

I'm not a huge fan of boca burgers, but anything topped with some peppers and onions is sure to be better! Vegan coleslaw, along with the dozens of vegan cupcakes my wife usually brings to these things and I'll be all set!
And sign us up for the Fest apron. That's great!
